Clarion Club

As a Clarion Club member you will receive a host of exclusive special privileged services. This three tier membership offer special check in facilities, priority reservations, VIP greetings, special discounts on food and beverages, room tariffs, gym membership fees and attractive discounts on events organised by the hotel.

You will also receive a membership card that assures you of immediate recognition as a Clarion Club member.

Stretch 'N Stride upgrade

Stretch 'N Stride members can now enjoy the new steam room in their leisure. The newly renovated gym is now open for both Clarion Club members and Hotel Clarion in-house guests.

Building a Quality Conscious Work Environment

At Clarion we believe that our employees "Define" what we are. Being a service based industry, the moment of truth is "NOW!". There cannot be any compromises for the quality of the service. Knowing this we always strive to uplift the quality of the services being delivered to the customer. One way of achieving this is trough constant training programs.

During February 2007, our kitchen crew went through a special training program delivered by the Canadian CESO Consultant Chef Dinkar Jacob. During this time everyone was given on the job training as well as being introduced to innovative menus. This training program lasted for six weeks.
